Author: Taste Trails

Created 19th Apr, 2014

South Australia is known as a very dry State overall, but despite this it has many fertile and productive areas. The south-east corner is the State's cool moist agricultural area producing a wide range of produce. This trail visits four well regarded winemakers in the famous Connawarra wine region, then heads towards the coast for an organic orchard and prime wagyu beef.
