Panorama Vineyard

Panorama Vineyard was established in 1974 and is situated on the banks of the Huon River near Huonville, and the sheltered location has a microclimate with moderate summers, very high sunshine hours and mild winters. This is a hands-on family operation with hand pruning, hand picking and hand-made wines. The 12 hectare vineyard grows nine different varieties, with the Reserve Pinot Noir being their signature wine, which was selected by Qantas for their First Class wine list.

Trails passing through Panorama Vineyard Stops

Cygnet Produce Trail

Cygnet is a lovely small village south of Hobart where 'natural' and 'sustainable' are words and practices truly woven into the fabric of local country life. This trail starts near Huonville, passes through Cygnet and finishes on the shores of Great Bay. Wine, mead, liqueurs, native pepperberries, saffron and sheep milk cheese. (Note that Tas-Saff saffron farm needs an appointment to visit)
