Wicked Cheese is a boutique cheesemaker in Richmond, Tasmania headed by cheesemaker and owner Ashley McCoy, who has a wealth of experience making cheese in Europe and King Island. The milk for Wicked Cheese comes from grass fed cows, free of hormone growth promotants and chemical additives. A constant medal winner at State Royal Shows and Fine Food Awards. Winner of the Supreme Cheese Champion Trophy for it's Triple Cream Brie.
